I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The gym was a great addition and I plan on using it next time I visit. The manager went above and beyond by personally greeting me and taking the time to chat about my experience. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a tall person like myself. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and everything was spotlessly clean. The internet connection was strong, which was important for my video interviews. I highly recommend this venue and can't wait to stay here again.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel staff greeted me warmly, and the breakfast had a wide variety including fresh fruits, eggs, and breads. The gym was fully equipped and clean. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. the hotel facilities and location were impressive.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The gym and room size were the best aspects of my Easter weekend stay. The gym had everything I needed for a good workout and the room felt very spacious. The location was also great as it was within walking distance of several attractions.

The staff were not very welcoming and seemed inexperienced. The breakfast was below average and lacked variety, with only basic drink options.

The hotel was clean and spacious, with large rooms and a fully equipped gym. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the Turkish restaurant served delicious food curated by a chef from Turkey. the location was ideal for visiting the Astana Arena and the Mega mall.

This modern hotel has nice design and spacious rooms, equipped gym, and large TV. the location is perfect for visiting Astana Arena and Expo. the cleaning staff does a great job. Beds are comfortable, and high ceilings give an airy feeling. the breakfast has a variety of Turkish dishes, beautifully presented.

The staff needs more experience in customer service manners, and the soundproofing could have been more effective.
